Today, International AMBER Alert Day, AMBER Alert Europe's newest partner, Euronet Worldwide, a leading global financial technology solutions and payments provider, announces it will publish active missing children alerts on 23,000 ATM screens throughout Europe following a partnership with AMBER Alert Europe.
The partnership was successfully piloted in the Netherlands earlier this summer when an AMBER Alert was published nationwide on the screens of the Euronet ATM network within a few hours of it becoming active and remained until the child was safely located.
Euronet is active in a majority of European countries, including Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, The Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, and Ukraine.
