Increasing text size

Some users might find screen text easier to read by increasing the size at which text is displayed. To do this you should simply adjust your browser's settings.

Depending on your browser type use one of the following:

  • if you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to the View menu, select Text Size and then either Larger or Largest;
  • if you use FireFox hold down the Ctrl key then press the + key to enlarge text size
  • if you use Safari go to the View menu then select Make Text Bigger

Downloadable documents

Where possible we have included downloadable files in Adobe PDF format. To view these files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download free from Adobe’s website:

Help with searching for information

To search for a specific page or topic, type a few descriptive words in the Search website box in the top right hand corner of the screen and press the enter key or click on the search button. The search results will be displayed as a list of page titles and descriptions in order of relevance for you to select.
